Mental Health Awareness (Half Day)

About Course

Our Mental Health Awareness Training helps organisations build a more supportive, open, and resilient workplace. Designed to raise awareness and reduce stigma, this course gives employees the confidence to better understand mental health, recognise early signs of concern, and respond appropriately.

Aligned with Inspire Safety’s commitment to understanding client needs and building strong relationships, the training is practical, engaging, and tailored to reflect real workplace challenges. Participants will explore common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety, and depression, while learning simple, effective ways to support both themselves and their colleagues.

Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, we promote honest conversations, empathy, and a culture where people feel safe to speak up. The course also highlights the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and knowing when and how to access further support.

By the end of the session, learners will feel more confident in having supportive conversations, contributing to a positive working environment, and playing an active role in improving overall wellbeing across the organisation.
