Inspire Safety Training are proud to offer the IOSH Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Principles and Practice – a globally recognised qualification designed to develop the practical and professional competencies for success in occupational health and safety.

Course Content
  • Unit 1 – Fundamentals of OSH Principles and Management Systems
  • Unit 2 – Principles and Application of OSH Risk Management
  • Unit 3 – Principles and Application of OSH Incident Management
  • Unit 4 – Improving OSH Performance and Culture
Course Delivery


This qualification is delivered over a 12-week period. Delegates will typically attend one taught session per week (approximately one day per week) for 10 weeks. This includes time allocated for revision prior to the assessment.

  • Guided Learning Hours (GLH): 80 hours
  • Self-Study Hours: 42 hours
  • Total Qualification Time: 122 hours
Assessment

Assessment is conducted through an online e-assessment platform and consists of:

  • One multiple-choice knowledge test
  • One scenario-based assessment

Both assessments are remotely invigilated, allowing delegates to complete them from home or their workplace.
