Elsa and David started the business back in 2006. Elsa is an experienced Safety Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working across industry in Health and Safety. Skilled in developing systems and cultures that match with Client’s business aspirations.

Iain joined the team in the Summer of 2023 and has been a great addition to the team whilst working towards attaining his NEBOSH general certificate in occupational safety and health.

Sarah started with us back in Spring of 2019 and is pivotal in keeping us all in check!

Angie is a Lead Auditor and Consultant with over 20 years experience in helping businesses implement, establish and gain certification to ISO standards.  Angie provides bespoke guidance and support to companies.

Our resident Newcastle fan and trainer, Phil joined the team in the Autumn of 2023 bringing with him his extensive experience in Health and Safety of over ten years to deliver support and training.

Janellen is an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of success in financial and personnel management. She provides exceptional planning and organisational skills to ensure operational requirements are met.

James is dedicated to driving operational excellence and enhancing workplace safety standards. With NEBOSH qualifications and over 10 years of experience in health and safety management, he maintains the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Helen has worked in the area of Management Systems for Safety Human Performance and Organisational Factors important for safety in the Nuclear Industry since the 1980s using and developing assessment and improvement methods for different types of facilities.
